I believe in skin itself as foundation, but when I do wear makeup, one of my favorite things to uses is the vegan lip crayon by Axiology ($28), specifically, the color called Keen. The color is a blend of coral, pink, and red and I find it to be universally flattering on all skin tones. I also like to take a bit and dab on my cheeks for a little flush of color to brighten up my face. While the product wasn’t intentioned to be used for multi-tasking, but I love that it’s safe enough to do so — since it only has 10 ingredients and is cruelty- free. Axiology bills this as the only 10-ingredient lipstick, and they’re definitely right. Lots of other brands add harmful preservatives that consumers are unknowingly ingesting. The packaging is mega chic too, and made from recycled materials.
